Kino made me a video :-)

Sometime last month, when I was trying to get my body into Chakrabandhasana without popping back up like a jack-in-the box, I emailed Kino to ask her if she had any suggestions on how to work productively with this posture. She generously responded with a detailed email, and promised that she would make a video about how to grab the ankles in this very challenging posture. This morning, she made and posted the promised video on her Facebook page. I feel very happy and honored: It almost (yes, almost...) makes up for my non-Mysore-trip this summer. Life is good, and there are many things to feel blessed about, even if not everything always works out the way you want them to.

Anyway, here's the video. Enjoy! It looks like the secret is to first work on alternatively grabbing one ankle, and then the other, while at the same time anchoring the weight of the other hand firmly into the ground.
